Sashia Torres (owner) has been in this industry for over 6 years. She specializes in hair sculpting and color. The Le Palais team applies their passion for this industry to provide each and every one of their clients with the latest and most suitable style for that client’s lifestyle. With their education from the best studios in our country, they are able to provide you with a level of expertise and knowledge that is simply unsurpassed.

The teams education entails Bumble & Bumble, Vidal Sassoon and Redken 5th Avenue. Receiving intensive classes from each of these studios allows you to put your complete trust in Le Palais Hair Lounge.

Sashia (Stylist/Owner)

"My passion for this industry comes from the diversity, which allows us to be who we really are. To envision something in your mind and create it the same exact way you imagined is such an art. I am so grateful for the trust that my clients have in me, which lets me give them an innovative style that brings out their best features. My greatest inspiring moments are when I get to travel to the most elite studios in the country and learn from renowned stylists from all over the world. Establishing a salon was just another step that I wanted to take to fulfill my dream. I wanted to offer something that I was searching for but never found. A place that would allow stylists to have a great time doing what they loved to do but still keeping it a structured, professional atmosphere."

Michelle (Stylist)

"It all started with bags of crew cut Barbie dolls and all my friends leaving my house with braids in their hair. My mother said I was destined to be a hair stylist and so my destiny brought me to Le Palais. Working here has enabled me to focus my talents, learn amazing new skills through the training program and salon classes, as well as be able to help people feel better about themselves. I'm grateful for my wonderful career and the people who helped me along the way."

 Johanna (Salon Coordinator)

"I've always loved the beauty industry starting with makeup and skin care products. I began working at Mac Cosmetics and enjoyed not only the artistic creativity involved in this field, but working with wonderful people from all different backgrounds, all brought together by the same common interest. We all want to improve the way we feel about ourselves. We can express our own indivuality in the simple way of how we style our hair or how we wear our makeup. My love of working with people helped me become Salon Coordinator of Le Palais Hair Lounge but my love for expressing myself artistically helped me to go to school for my cosmetology license. Inspired by the talented women at Le Palais, I was able to further my career in the beauty industry so that I myself can now help people enjoy the way they look."

 Allison (Colorist)

"I have always had a passion for the beauty industry. The creativity involved, to me, is a way to outwardly express your inner personality. The fashion industry has always been my inspiration. I began focusing on color as my favorite medium. I think of it as an artist's palette and hair as a blank canvas. It's like painting in a way. I enjoy how everyone in the world sees color differently. Each person individualizes the color they have. In that way it is also very similar to music. Everyone hears a sound differently and interprets it to make it their own. My other passion in the beauty industry would be make-up and that goes back to viewing it as an artist's canvas. With your hair as the frame paint the picture in the center and make it beautiful also. I envision my final result as how you would see it in a photo. I feel the atmosphere at Le Palais Hair Lounge lets me use this creativity openly. Everyone is on the same page and working for the same things. This is what helps us be successful on a business level and on a personal level as well!"
